Shrimp & Crab Tower – layered with mango, avocado, poblano aioli, and pickled shallots

Cornmeal Crusted Jumbo Lump Crab Cake – served over corn and bacon succotash with remoulade

Seared Tuna – with Asian slaw, mango pico, wasabi cream, and crisp wontons

Heirloom Tomato Caprese – paired with fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic glaze
