Everything You Need to Know About Booking with Seagrove Beach Catering

1. What makes Seagrove Beach Catering different?

We’re a family-owned business passionate about creating memorable meals using local ingredients, thoughtful service, and coastal hospitality. Every dish reflects our love for food, family, and Florida’s Emerald Coast.

 

2. What types of events do you cater?

We cater in-home private chef dinners, family-style meals, shrimp boils, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, and small weddings throughout the 30A area.

3. Do you deliver meals or only cook on-site?

We offer both! Choose our Family Style Delivery Menus for drop-off service or book in-home private chef experiences for on-site cooking, plating, and full service.

4. What areas do you serve?

We cater throughout Seagrove Beach, Seaside, Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton Beach, Inlet Beach, WaterColor, Alys Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, and surrounding areas along 30A.

5. Is there a minimum number of guests required to book?

Yes, Four Course Dinners are a minimum of 6 guests and Family Style requires a minimum of 10 guests but we can still cook for smaller parties and we always leave the leftovers.

7. How far in advance should we book?

We suggest booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weddings and larger events.

 

8. Can we customize the menu?

Absolutely! We love working with you to create a custom menu based on your tastes, dietary needs, and preferences.

 

9. Are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options available?

Yes. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies with advance notice.

 

10. Is gratuity included in your pricing?

Yes, a standard 20% gratuity for private chef services is included in the final pricing. 

 

11. What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a partial or full charge, depending on prep already completed.

 

12. Do you provide servers?

Yes, we provide a server as the Chef's assistant to make sure your experience is uninterrupted.

 

13. Do you offer kid-friendly options?

Yes! We can include child-friendly dishes like chicken tenders with mac n cheese, chicken alfredo and spaghetti and meatballs.

 

14. How is the food served?

We offer family-style delivery, plated four-course dinners, and buffet-style service depending on your event type.

 

15. Do you cater weddings?

Yes, we specialize in small weddings and rehearsal dinners, offering everything from coastal shrimp boils to elegant plated meals.

 

16. Can you cook at vacation rentals or Airbnb's?

Yes, as long as the property allows it, we frequently cook on-site at vacation homes, Airbnb's, and rental properties across 30A.

 

17. What equipment do you bring?

For chef services, we bring portable cooking tools, utensils, plating supplies, and cleanup materials. You only need a functioning kitchen space.

 

18. What do you need from us to get started?

Just provide your event date, group size, location, and preferred menu, and we’ll take it from there!

 

19. Can we have more than one menu option?

In most cases, yes. For larger groups, we can offer multiple entrée options or mix-and-match items from our featured menus.

 

20. What types of cuisine do you specialize in?

We focus on coastal comfort cuisine, Southern-inspired dishes, seafood-forward menus, and globally inspired flavors like Italian, Mediterranean, and Tex-Mex.

 

21. Are groceries included?

Yes, all of the groceries are always included in the final price.

 

22. Is cleanup included?

Yes! For private chef services, full cleanup is included. For delivery services, we handle setup and drop-off only.

 

23. Can you cater multi-day events or vacations?

Absolutely. We often provide multiple meals over several days for families, retreats, and destination weddings.
