Welcome to Seagrove Beach Catering. By using our website, booking our services, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this page carefully before placing an order or submitting a request.

1. General Information

Seagrove Beach Catering is a family-owned business providing private chef services, in-home dining experiences, and event catering along Florida’s Scenic 30A. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our services.

 

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
     

  • Reservations are confirmed only after receiving a deposit or signed agreement (when applicable).
     

  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.
     

3. Minimum Guest Requirements

  • Four Course Dinners require a minimum of 6 guests.
     

  • Family Style Dinners require a minimum of 10 guests.
     

  • Smaller parties may still be accommodated at the discretion of the chef.
     

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required to reserve your date.
     

  • Final payment is typically due on or before the day of service.
     

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and other agreed-upon options.
     

5. Gratuity

  • A standard 20% gratuity is included in pricing for all private chef services.
     

  • Additional tipping is always appreciated but not required.
     

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund of any deposit.
     

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in partial or full charges, depending on ingredients purchased and preparation time already invested.
     

7. Menu Customization and Dietary Restrictions

  • We are happy to customize menus to meet your preferences or dietary needs.
     

  • Any allergies or restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking.
     

  • While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee against trace allergens.
     

8. Use of Our Website

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission.
     

  • Use the site for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
     

  • Interfere with the site’s functionality or security.
     

9. Intellectual Property

  • Any adverse reactions due to undisclosed food allergies.
     

  • Any damage or loss occurring at a rental property during the service not caused directly by our staff.
